Crest Realties is a real estate company that owns, develops and manages office and industrial properties primarily in the greater Montreal area. Crest Realties has been successful in redeveloping and leasing many sizeable commercial and industrial properties in downtown Montreal and the greater Montreal metropolis, including Lasalle, Lachine, Dorval, Laval and St-Laurent. Crest Realties is owned by Aaron Drazin.

The Drazin family has been at the forefront of real estate in Canada for over a century. Having commenced in the construction and ownership of residential properties at the beginning of the 20th century, by the 1940’s, their extensive portfolio grew to include commercial real estate. Today, the Drazin family portfolio, managed under the name of "Rester" exceeds one million square feet of downtown Montreal office space, as well as other properties – residential, commercial and industrial in Eastern and Western Canada and the United States.

Since 1995, Aaron Drazin has branched out under the name Crest Realties, whose primary focus has been the purchase and redevelopment of commercial and industrial properties.
